Processing was easy, speaking to a rep was easy. When I received the actual photos, I was not happy. Grad robes on the photos should have been purple, but they were all a bold BLUE! How did that happen? The proofs had purple. I paid $1,025 for my daughter’s grad robe for her PhD and I want LSU PURPLE to show up on the photos. Reprint!!! Name removed

I was so excited to get the photos but they came bent because the packaging was not adequate and the Postal Service smashed them into my mailbox I am very disappointed and saddened by this because my son had to work so hard to graduate he's the first one in my family who made it this far and now the only photos that I could afford are ruined

I ordered my daughter’s pictures over 4 weeks ago and have yet to receive the photo. The message i received , via text message from the company, is that by ordering online is faster to receive. My daughter is waiting I’m waiting. No contact information to inquire what the delay is.

What do you like about our products and services?

The pictures came out very nice. The only thing I did not like was the way they were shipped in just an envelope that was not hard. The pictures could have easily been damaged. For such a costly purchase I definitely feel the packaging should be better but again the pictures were stunning.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Photographers gave little to no instruction about where photographs would be taken. No attention was given to how lights were glaring off of glasses or other matters, even in photos where ample time was provided for those details to be addressed beforehand. Little to no direction was given to poses. Retouching was priced per minute detail (stray hair, glass glare, etc.) with no guarantee that retouching would improve the photo.

What do you like about our products and services?

The biggest thing I truly appreciated about ordering the grad pictures was the option to remove the glare from glasses. Seriously. Had this not been an option, I would not have purchased.

I was impressed w the effort the photographer was making for each and every kid. I was so impressed. He looked like he genuinely cared. He even helped my son w his tassel before he took his picture . These days no one cares anymore and I was happy to see them care genuinely

The pictures were ok, arrived fairly quick and the photographers polite. The issue lies with ridiculously high prices for downloading pictures. I would have like all the pictures but as I have just paid for a Bachelors and Masters degree, over 300 dollars to be able to see these (and probably more separately to then print some to frame) is almost cruel as families were unable to sit near enough to get any decent pictures.

I still have not received the photos I ordered. The joke of a magnet arrived yesterday. It is the a piece of metal smaller than the size of a business card with a magnet glued to the back. Ridiculous and a waste of money. Magnets ordered through Candid Campus Photography for other family members are all 3”x5” actual magnets and good quality. I am highly disappointed in the magnet and am still waiting for my photos.

The image with the president and my son, will, my son was not facing the same way as the president for the camera shot. therefore, his face is showing sideways. Probably nothing can fix this unless you have a shot of them both facing the same direction.
