While the photos were great, the cost is absolutely too expensive. $99 for 3 photos is ridiculous.

be sure all the shots are in focus or take 2 and provide the higher quality choice to us in our package

My son graduated this year too. Their package included all of the digital photos video clips and actual photos for a lesser price. Overall, the my daughter's photos were nice but not so much so that they cost so much more for less product.

I received a link stating that the pictures were available, and I made my initial purchase. However, I then received another link several days later, informing me that my child's pictures were now available. Had I known that a specialized set of images would be available for their pictures, I would have waited to place my order. Also, the digital copy of the pictures is quite costly when nothing is being printed.

Prices were so high for individual digital prints.

Good photo choices

I KNOW this can't be done with all the grads due to shear number. . . but I did NOT buy them with my older daughter but I did this year with my son. We did official pictures around town prior to graduation day so we didn't "need" them with just the kids. The reason is I liked with the family which we could do because he was on the varsity track team so we got to do the morning of. I think having the larger selection to chose from - just him, him with us, him walking across the stage made the price point make more sense.

Group photos included truncated images.
First proofs sent were not of our grad, a make student but of a female student.
Image quality was overall poor.

Great service

The package prices are unnecessarily high. If event photographers priced products at more affordable price points, they would likely make more in volume, and increase customer satisfaction. These memories have already been captured/costs incurred. Very little incremental cost to distribute digital images. No need to gouge customers.

Make them more affordable for students who just graduated in immense debt and may be continuing their education. I would have purchased more if they were affordable.

I had an issue with how my picture was printed. I have no idea if it was my error or yours but it was corrected and I greatly appreciate the customer service I received.

Incorporate retouch in price.

I called and I told you the picture on the mug was not viewable - you did nothing. This is my second and last order from you.

There were only 2 good pictures taken of my son. In addition, your prices are way too high for the lack of quality pictures.

I requested facial touch up & the glasses were not done. You offered to go it for free. I really appreciate you taking care of me.

The next updated photo came back looking great but the name was misspelled. I’m hoping you’re going to get that resolved soon.

I got my prints and the quality is just not as crisp as I was hoping.

I think that Hope should cover the costs of the graduation photos for the families. There was a complimentary family photo which was nice but location for that photo was dull.
The lighting on the graduation photos was not great either

Face was shiny from lights. Maybe touch up shine spots. Over all they looked great.😊
