The packages available are expensive for what you offer. If you made more poses available for the classic package it would well worth it.
My photos were sent in a large envelope with no cardboard protection. Despite the words “do not bend” printed on the envelope, it was still bent, multiple times before reaching my mailbox.
Easy process. Provided coupon that was great! Photos came very quickly.

There was a good selection of photos taken for our graduate based on the difficult circumstances of trying to get a good shot in a graduation situation. The pictures were very vibrant online; however the pictures received in my order, were a little less bright - a bit dark.
Everything is so expensive! Such a shame to charge so much.
Only wanted four of the pictures. Did not have an option for that. Had to pay way too much money for what I wanted.

I think the photos and digitals are quite expensive, but then again, its graduation and there would be no way a parent could get the type of photos you all are allowed to take. Other than that, the photos look great and I like that there were many different ones to choose from.
I liked the picture taken before my student walked the podium to receive his diploma.

Delivered in a good time frame after order. Liked the selection to have 2 photos in a package. Only recommendation, use more protection for the pictures in the mailing envelope. One corner was bent on the 8x10….and when you’re paying hundreds of dollars for a package - need to make the delivery reflect the cost…value the shipping protection for your customers.
I never received my photos. I paid my balance in full.
