Website was very hard to navigate
The photos themselves did not seem to be of particularly high quality. I think most family members could have done better with cell phones if just given access. That we weren't given access - and these photos were our only option - made the low quality even more disappointing. Especially given the high cost.

Very clear close-up shots very nice
The options were limited, the photos barely have any variety, weird crop aspects were applied to original photo. On the commencement day, everything was so rushed, specially on the stage, no-one directed where the camera is, so it's extremely confusing deicing where to look at. It is such a big day and I am thankful that you got at least some photos, but I wish I had better photos to choose from

Our son’s graduation ceremony pictures turned out great! It was so nice to know that we could get up close, professional pictures especially since we were seated too far away to take our own. The email with the proofs came quickly after graduation and the physical pictures arrived to our home quickly as well.

Way too expensive!! I will never buy again because why is 3 pictures $100… ridiculous. I liked 2 of my pictures but I had to buy all 3 because just one picture is $60. How do you expect college students to pay for that without putting in 4 extra hours of work… for my GRADUATION PICTURES!
I ordered and received a personalized mug and it was not what I ordered. I called and they apologized for the mix up and sent my order out the next day. Great customer service!!!!
