Easy to order all the files or prints you want. Professional quality
The prices are extortion. As a broke college student you want me to spend 60$ for a Jpeg? It was an okay picture but this was my only way to purchase it so I had to buy it. I will be telling everyone I can to take their own pictures for this event in the future.
Very easy to use interface, excellent photography, but absolutely absurd pricing. Especially considering the sheer number of graduates the company is soliciting with these services.
Very poor quality of mailing envelope. Simply putting “do not bend” doesn’t work. Envelope arrived in poor condition. A piece of cardboard inside would have been a good idea.
The photos taken were subpar. My mentor's eyes were closed in every photo. If the photographer took half a second to check that it was okay and redid it I would have liked to have a photo printed of us. Then the photo options with the MSU emblem is awkward. I expected it to be vertical and instead it was printed as an awkward landscape photo which does not look right.

Photos were not great quality, website seemed poorly designed and didn't receive Photos selected, but a duplicate of the same photo, even though I carefully verified my selections before submitting.

Undesirable poses, missed shots
I would’ve appreciated additional product options, including a double frame which included a picture of the graduate on one side and a picture of the full class and graduation stage on the other. This was a product available from my daughter‘s high school graduation that I purchased and was very happy with. As it is now, we do not have a professional shot of the graduates and stage. It was a beautiful venue that I wish I had a professional shot of.

I had already ordered photos and you kept asking me if I wanted to order photos.
Cost not explained ahead of time. I thought we were being celebrated by MSU, and had the opportunity for some fun photos with friends; as well as a professional headshot. I didn’t realize it would cost me $100 to even electronically receive them. These are not professional photographers that are positioning us. They are quickly pointing at a spot for us to stand and pointing a camera. I did not even like the headshot I got when I came off of the stage. It was great to have the opportunity to have picture taken, but things could’ve been more clearly communicated to us.

On the sample i ordered it was in focus when i got my print it was blurry i emailed and never heard back.

The photos themselves did not seem to be of particularly high quality. I think most family members could have done better with cell phones if just given access. That we weren't given access - and these photos were our only option - made the low quality even more disappointing. Especially given the high cost.
