convenient way to get photos quick
My photos were expensive and arrived bent. Although part of this could be USPS, the cardboard backing used to send my photos was so thin there was no resistance to folding up the envelope. I spent nearly $90 for three photos and they arrived messed up. Use corrugated board or sandwich photos between two pieces of heavier cardboard.
I needed to contact customer service and the lady I worked with was extremely nice and helpful.

Quality of the pictures is not good. Prints are very dark
My photo was blurry when it arrived and my face was so dark you could barely see my eyes. I very unhappy! These are supposed to be professional?!
Ridiculously over-priced digital image. Charging $60 for a low quality image is crooked indeed. Very disappointing.
When paying $60 for a single image, I expect a high quality image, (e.g. larger canvas, greater dpi). I expected to be able to print 8x10. To make it right, I expect to receive 8x10 printable digital images.

When you are taking the graduates photos, take time to center them. Every picture that I looked at was off center or had too much space above the graduates head. I really did not want to purchase pictures with these issues however, that was the only choice(s) I could make.

It was very dissappoitnining especially since this is such a milestone in the graduate and parents lives.
While I did purchase pictures, I am not satisfied with the worksmanship!

I think the prices are way too high when you are the only supplier who had access to take the photos. The pictures were not great either... Some being pictures were just zoomed in of larger shots and were being sold/displayed as different pictures. Remember not everyone can pay 30 dollars for a picture when the smallest package is 100. And keep in mind these kids are doing to college which is also very expensive.
I purchased the panoramic but the sample photo was too blurry to see my daughter is completely covered by someone in front of her so it’s useless . This would have been avoided if I saw a less blurry sample
I am glad that this was much improved than it was for my daughter in 2022. I like the multiple choices and the way I can order only the photos that I needed

Reduce your prices. Also take a pic of the graduate with a solid color background. I have one from preschool and wanted one of my senior for a frame.

Ask the kids to remove their sunglasses when they get their picture taken after receiving their diploma and walking across the stage
Picture quality wasn't great. There was one good photo however, which is the one I purchased. Service was good and I got the photos promptly.
