I liked the selection of pictures and the video.
Although the service is highly appreciated, and the pictures were decent, the pricing on the photographs and packages is absolutely outrageous.
Get what you pay for.
The photo process was easy. The pics looked great.
Poor website. Extremly expensive packages, even for just one digital picture! Completely over priced. The strategy is obvious. Taking advantage of the parents for graduating students. Unacceptable!
I paid for photo editing for fogged glasses and didn’t get an edit!

The prices were a bit too high for me to order a package so I could only order one picture.
The quality of the photo stick paper and finish was great. Online ordering was simple and easy to navigate. Of course the subject matter (my Daughter) was magnificent. The acceptance of the diploma and the after pics were great too.
$100 for digital images is highway robbery
I paid $25.00 extra for each pose to be touched up. I can't tell the difference so I feel like I have been scammed. Also, one of the 8x 10's has white spots in my son's eyes ( not even part of his eyes) and they are not natural. It looks so bad I won't display the picture.
Other than that, the process was easy to order.
nice photos but cheap frames and poorly constructed as photos were peeling away as tape was not applied securely...paid alot of money for for something i could have dont myself for a third of the price
Although you captured my child, several of the photos were out of focus. However, the photos of her following her walk across the stage nicely captured her excitement.
Service was quick and I got what I wanted.
I ordered wallet size photos. I used the option to add text. I had the words centered on the sample before ordering, but it printed noticeably off center. Even if I had made a mistake with that (though I was careful on the computer screen), the font itself came out weird. Each lowercase i is fat and looked like it was from a different font.
Everything was easy to find. Easy to purchase and the pictures were very nice.
The site was not the easiest to navigate. A link in one of the numerous emails I was sent, directed me to a graduation from several years ago. I spent a ton of time looking through random photos trying to find my daughter until I realized what was going on.
I chose to just get digital versions of the images because we mostly would be sharing them with people that way. The cost was high for three images. I understand the need to get costs covered, but you have exclusive access to get these pictures so families really don't have a choice. If you need more money to pay your photographers, then charge the school that we all just paid thousands of dollars to, instead of us.
Offer more packages
I just think the actual photo looks much darker than the proof I saw online. Maybe this wa my fault. Not sure, but I don’t think I’ll frame it:(

3 small prints cost $50+, that is ridiculous. You are just taking advantage of students and families.

I love the photos and the fast shipping. I am not happy with the stand that holds the photo. It keeps falling forward.
The price to edit is pretty high and you only provide a couple of the most basic options for the cost.
Too many emails and sales. Stop the constant emails. Prices really extreme for high school level.

There weren't many options to customize my photos, to choose groups of photos or to get different sizes without buying everything individually. I was really disappointed with that. I had twins graduate so I was really hoping to get a package that allowed me to mix and match photos, different sizes and kinda build what I wanted, considering I was ordering for 2 kids. Also, we dealt with a different company for my other kids and they offered really neat plaques and frames that aren't available with you. I just feel like an important event like graduation should offer a better experience. Especially for as much as I paid.
