Photos that were edited were ruined and I tried to contact customer support as directed via e-mail and never received a response. 80% of my pictures are ruined and no way to get a refund or photos replaced! Very upset, would highly NOT recommend!

The photos were not very clear, especially when blown up. I should have gotten a smaller size. Also the posed photos were nice but I didn't like the flag backgrounds. Too distracting.

digital photos were fuzzy and not good quality. I wouldnt buy again. I would rather go to a photo studio with better equipment for the digital price. The score is based on being able to use the photos on a blanket at least since the photos are fuzzy. Not good enough for a coffee mug, but still can find a different way to use the photo. Plus I paid for one I knew was fuzzy to be cleared up but when I received the photos all 4 were fuzzy and not just the one I knew was fuzzy and paid $10 for the digital correction.
Good to have choices of graduation photos.
My pictures were delivered in a flimsy envelope soaking wet with ruined photos. Also- the photos were out of focus - especially around the face/eyes in the 8 x 10s.
I emailed Customer Service many days ago and have not received a reply so I will be calling on Monday. I am not sure if the blurriness is due to the photos not being good enough quality to enlarge? But that seems very strange for a professional company, I was also disappointed that there was no pose taken of my graduate, shaking the president’s hand while getting his diploma I thought that was a standard shot usually made.
I am asking for my order to be resent with the photos in focus. I attached pictures of the water damage to my email. I’m not sure if the out of focus would come through on the phone picture however. Thank you for your time.

The photography services provided for E.A. Johnson High School's 2026 students were professional and organized. The photographers did a great job making students feel comfortable during their photo sessions, and the quality of the pictures was very good. The staff was friendly, patient, and efficient, helping the process run smoothly. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and appreciated the effort put into capturing memorable photos for students and families.
I had to do a lot of cropping to get the picture center, and I thought it was a little expensive.
It's that I ordered a stage clip that says it will arrive within 72 business hours of ordering - but it took two weeks, multiple phone calls and emails. Nobody ever responded to my emails. The gals were nice and professional on the phone, but nobody knew why it never sent. I needed it that week, so the stage clip didn't arrive in time. In fact, the printed pictures I ordered arrived before the electronic stage clip. Then, when the stage clip arrived, I thought it would be of my daughter - instead it was the entire grad ceremony and I had to find her and clip it myself - OK, fine, but I wasn't expecting it to be like that. The auto detection feature didn't work for finding her by name or face. The end product was really good, but had I known it wasn't going to arrive on time, I probably wouldn't have ordered it. So I would say to meet your customer's expectations - don't say within 72 business hours if it's not going to happen.
My son wasn't facing the camera in most of the photos. The photos when he was on stage facing the camera, the flash was so bright his face is whited out quite a bit. The quality wasn't great and they were super expensive.

Website isn’t user friendly
The pictures were great. There was a large variety of shots. The finished product was great quality.
I found every aspect of Senior year "stuff" to be overpriced and out of reach. Jostens is a racket. These companies make a fortune while some students go without.

Great pictures but really price gouged. As a parent of kids involved in other sports, these prices were outrageous . Even just a look on GPT for average ceremony pictures this company is way overpriced . And looking at their Google reviews, I am not the only one who agrees . They have a 2.3 Google review . Since I am doing this review, I will go ahead and do a Google review too . The picture quality was good and I appreciate capturing these moments for me. I also did overpay for the photos as it is who the school chose to photograph students.
Contact the school, the photo did not fit the frame school offered to buy for the certificate and picture, dimensions did not matches, photo dimensions were vertical, and frame horizontal, but quality of it was good. Just wanted to understand that, please check school frame offers to have a better understanding
Too many people at the graduation so I couldn’t take any photos. I had the plaque made with a photo of my son and a custom message. It turned out nice!
The magnets were printed WAY too dark. You almost can't see the person against the background. The photo itself is fine. We used it for framed prints and a coffee mug, and those are fine. But the magnets are absurd. It's like having a black blotch on the refrigerator. You can't tall who is in the photo or what the occasion was. I hate having spent money that way. We ordered a lot of the magnets too, since it's a nice way for family members to display a small memento of our daughter's huge achievement. But they're useless, a waste of the money spent.
Superior picture quality and company to do business with
Outrageous pricing for what you get. Digital pictures should be of better quality. Very disappointing!

I loved that I could crop my photo choice to my liking. Also, it was a big plus that I had the option to change the title of the picture.
The photos weren’t the greatest to select from. I had kids graduate from MSU and CMU. Their grad photos were much better. The order process was fine. No complaints on that.
The pictures are not good quality. The photographer did not make sure the student and the superintendent was looking to take the picture when receiving their diploma. When the student came down the aisle to do another photo they did not make sure there was no other student behind to get a perfect picture of the student with their diplmona in hand.

I enjoy that you are able to find all of the pictures taken throughout the event and allow access to purchase the memories. We received some fantastic shots.
The fact that we paid $100 for THREE DIGITAL photos was abhorrent and if it wasn’t such an important day, we wouldn’t have purchased them. Ridiculous to price this out so families that might not be able to afford it to miss having those professional photos.
