The photos weren’t great, especially for the doctoral students who were being hooded. Our families couldn’t get close enough for good photos so our only hope was the professional photographers from your company and the photos weren’t great either.

I loved your pictures, but I thought they were too expensive!
it was very difficult to print an 8 x 10. The size was 6 x 10. It took a lot of time and several apps to get it to size and then the bottom was still cut off. Not happy to have these problems for the price I paid.
I ordered a 5x7 and you sent an 8x11 and charged me for the larger one, so, yes, you get a zero.
Seems like it was rushed. All of her photos had glasses glare and nobody took the time to maybe take another shot to avoid that. I’m sure other kids were wearing glasses too. Price was a lot as well

The photos were great and the photographer captured pictures that I otherwise would not have seen based on where the graduates were sitting compared to the guests.
I ordered a diploma handshake photo. There were 2 gold hat pins clearly visible. I ordered retouch thinking that like fly away hairs, those are not wanted in the photo and would be removed. Never did I think it was considered an object. Objects are extra people or things seen other than the main subject. Customer service did refund my retouch charge. I now have paid good money for a picture I can’t enlarge and hang in a frame.
I gave 3 stars for the customer service rep who refunded the fee otherwise I would’ve given zero stars.
I ask that you remove the gold pins and send me the edited picture.

As noted in an email I received. I emailed after placing the order to ask if there was a way to make changes to the wording I put on the photos. And I never received an email back about that. I wanted to see if I could correct the wording on the photos. I was a little disappointed with that part. Overall, the photos came out nice.

Very vibrant color, good focus.
Wish there was a way to combine orders (example same student at convocation and graduation) so that shipping was combined.
Wish the photos taken after the student exits the stage had a little better lighting.
Over all I appreciate the candid shots, ease of reviewing images and quick shipping.

I got the 5x7 pictures. They really look like 4x6. Very expensive for 3 photos.
the pictures and the download are way too expensive. When they announced someone was taking pictures, no need to come up to the stage, they never said one download was $60. I would love to have gotten more of them but your prices are way too expensive. The school should have given access to the downloads and paid you for your time.
Eliminating the printing on the photos was not straightforward. Would be great to do it for every selection, not individualy. Just my preference.
i emailed you twice that the photo magnets were super dark and no response!
Mark a spot on the stage and explain to graduates that when you shake hands (stand on the spot) and look towards to camera. I believe this will craete a more memmorable phto opportunity.

The pictures turned out amazing and it was easy to order from
