I felt like the prices were a little high to capture grad pictures.
Great pictures, more than one option, order delivered quickly
My photo was nice and it arrived quick
The photos are way too expensive. I would have happily paid double or triple the amount if I got more photos. The pricing is insane and cruel. It is also terrible that there is a made-up deadline, just to scare parents into buying these gold-priced photos. The worst part, one of the photos that I paid an arm and a leg for was not in focus! I couldn't even see that in the agressive proofs.

WAY too expensive for what you get. And at that cost, at least you could do is send a respectful-sized electronic image, not an image that's under 1Mb. Your company should be embarrassed for that.

Wait to long for delivery
The picture was great quality and I ended up ordering one.
Completely overpriced for the quality of pictures taken. I bought one download and feel completely ripped off.

Excellent selection of graduation photos, wide range of products and options, prompt delivery.
The photos turned out great! However, I think the price point is too high. I had another child graduate this year from a different university and your services charged much less, for all photos. Felt a little like I was taken advantage of because this child graduated from a bigger university.
I also feel there were too many text and emails to remind me to purchase.

The postures were horrible only a few good photos. You also get heavy communication to purchase.
The photo is blurry! Didn’t realize this until I got the picture! I emailed and got no response! Not happy at all! I would like a replacement picture that isn’t blurry!!

When I ordered my son‘s photo, I could see something was off about the photo, but it was difficult to look at on a phone. I ordered two 8x10s - one in a folder. When they arrived, I opened the package and was very disappointed. So the background is quite sharp, my son‘s face and body and his diploma that he’s holding up are all very blurry. I feel like for the price we paid. We should get at least a photo that was in focus.
