Provide student seating arrangements in advance so parents know where to sit in order to best view their student.
Some pictures were not centered very well. Some pictures were not of our graduate. First few pictures that were photoshopped on a background looked like a middle school student did it.
Website was also created by the same 7th grade student.
Honestly, not very impressed overall. Wife did get some great shots with her Nikon Z6 III from the stands.
The website was easy to use, the choices easy to find, and quick service.Thank you.
Pictures were good quality but the price seemed expensive for a digital copy (3 for $100)!
Safe & fast delivery.
The photos were poor quality and not fully in focus. I bought them only because it was my daughter, but it's almost embarrassing to display them in my living room.
Since the school had strict boundaries of where parents could take pictures, I guess I appreciate having a photographer on-site to take photos, but it's just very low quality and I'm disappointed that this was our "professional" option.

The graduation pictures of my daughter were taken without a flash. So her picture is very dark! She bends into the background.
If possible, the lighting needs to be adjusted and new pictures mailed to me. Especially on the two photo magnets we purchased.
Pictures did not arrive protected in the mail and went slightly bent. They should have at least had the cardboard protectors around them. Your website doesn’t save photos once on the mailbox so I would have to go back through all of them. Website was not easy to navigate.
Excellent photo of my friend. It is framed and displayed on a table in my foyer.
Easy to use & great customer service
I like seeing the different poses and the different background options.
Check background for images that are undesirable and take away from the personal experience. Also, the background was too dark and consumed the image of the person.
Wish the picture frame came with the connections to put against the wall
I emailed the customer service and no response. The mouth is huge and not my sons after you removed tassel. There are other front facing pictures of my son and you can see. It looks terrible. I asked for it to be redone or at least money back from that pose because it is unusable. At 190 dollars that should be better at responding.
It’s disappointing to order these for family and friends and pieces come separately. We ordered 5/21 and as of today we still do not have the small wooden bases to be able to give these away.
Cos t and package options
The photos weren’t great and the print looked worse than the digital.
I order magnet photos... they are not actually magnet photos like every other company sends. They are weird metal photos with a crappy cheap magnet on the back. Being metal, the on my parents put on their fridge immediately scratched their fridge!
Web site was a bit difficult to navigate,...could only select one picture at a time then go through the whole selection process individually. However,..the pictures look great. My kid looks beautiful. Also, only took a few days to receive the pictures. Pics delivered in a "robust" envelope to avoid bending.

Literally none of the pictures are good. Extremely disappointed
The website was easy to use and there was a great selection of packages to choose from.
Picture against backdrop has shadow from cap making it look weird. Tassel is out of place in other picture. In all pictures, ropes are out of place. Picture with President, she isn't looking at camera. I understand there are a lot of students to photograph and move through, but slowing down and making sure graduates look great, at least for the "formal" picture against backdrop would be appreciated. Maybe even having a mirror available for graduate to self-check appearance would help. I appreciate having the pictures for the memory of the ceremony but am seriously considering contacting a local professional photographer to re-do pictures for me. Another alternative would be to have a "formal" picture opportunity before the ceremony begins.
Why was it SO expensive? I am a broke college student clearly just graduated, it'd be a lovely thing if we got some sort of discount
The photo getting diploma was really blurry.
Got plenty of pictures in a seamless and easy way. I did not have to sift through all the photos, they were already organized!
