Liked the digital option, didn't liked feeling "pressured to buy" by a certain dates to get the lowest price or before the price goes up.

For one 5x7 photo, I paid almost $20. That is highway robbery.

Ridiculously expensive! They know parents wont have good pictures specially the one sitting far away so they take advantage of that. Its not hard to take pictures. Its between 100 bucks to up to 500usd which is so ridiculous! U dont even get a paper copy thats only the digital copy what a joke.

Most of the photos were blurry or did not show his face well. The one I purchased was nice but pricey for a single digital download.
The photo of my son receiving his diploma was out of focus . Do you have another shot that is in focus? Or please refund the cost of that photo.
I like The, efficiency and and turnaround time of the photos that were sent to us. I think the photos were very nicely done as well.
Nice variety
I thought the prices were reasonable and the quality was good, however, most of my son's pictures were off centered. It would've been nice to have one really good one, instead of ten not so good ones.

Beautiful gorgeous photos but charging wayyy to much for a once in a lifetime event knowing Carmel Highschools classes are way too big for anyone to get their own photos
Picture quality is not great.
More importantly the frame and tassel set is worse quality. The text box is off center. When I removed the backing from the frame to fix the text box backing (which I shouldnt have to do since I paid for that service), I could see it was a recycled item as there was print on both sides. Its like no one checked it for quality before shipping to me and used previously used paper for my item.

The editing wasn’t great. The daughter’s teeth didn’t look good at all.
The quality of my image was not what I had expected for the high price point. I also cropped the image a certain way, but I was sent the original image
