Don't charge so much for your photos. I have a friend that her son attends a different school and they were able to get there grad photos for free.
Great live shots from the graduation that we are unable to take. Good quality and quick service
The website was glitchy, confusing and the photos were so pricy. I wish if you bought a printed copy that it included a digital download because then you have to pay for the exact same edits twice.
Make your website better for access on phones. Difficult to select photos.
I guess I thought I would have a few more photos and that there would be one large photo; however, perhaps that is my fault.
The pictures so way too expensive for what they are. We already pay enough money to go to school and then to pay that kind of money for a photo is crazy.

I don’t know if it was me out your site, but I had to place two separate orders for the formal pics and the graduation day pics. I would think we could just put in our students name and get access to all pics. I ended up placing 4 orders for 2 kids pics. Kind of a pain!! Plus, shipping x 4.
The quality of the photos was great, however the purchasing experience was not. The bundling and digital purchasing options should be a better experience.
The digital purchase should include all shots in a bundle.
The bundling should allow for multiple shots.
The pricing and inability to have a comprehensive digital collection of our grads (we had two) prevented us from purchasing additional photos.
Did not offer same products as 2 years ago and would have liked to have matching frames for both of my girls.
My pictures order were very clear and arrived in a timely manner.
Didn’t think picture was of the highest quality
First off the picture of my student getting handed her diploma just showed the side of her face and the superintendent was turned away. Usually the photographer stands where you can see the student get handed the diploma like I've seen with other schools. Second, tho the weather was glum, the pic of her holding her diploma turned out ok but was kind of dark. Pics of her walking were ok, but none were of her alone.
Photos were very dark and some kids don’t even have time to get ready for their pictures and it’s already snapped. I understand it’s a lot of students to get thru but this is a once in life time moment for them, so it shouldn’t be that rushed!
The prices for the prints were reasonable. The prices for the digital pictures were completely outrageous.
The photos of my daughter turned out great! It was so nice to have someone "right there" to capture such a huge moment in her life.

The picture was very nice and delivery was fairly quick.
When my son logged in to find his photos, there were none. His name did not even appear. I am very grateful for the employee who was willing to search through 10,000 photos to find pictures of him after I emailed and sent a picture of my son. The quality of two of the pictures is good, but the one of him actually shaking hands with President Ono is not high quality and is mostly of the student who was before him. I wish there were more of him taken directly instead of incidentally, especially since there was no way to take good photos from such a distance in Crisler Arena.

The picture I ordered did not come as expected. The proof that was approved was not delivered.
The photo is right at the top of the cap and barely fits the words at the bottom of the photo. I had to print it twice and will need some sort of floating frame because any sort of frame will cover the words at the bottom and the cap.
