I recently received my graduation photo order, and unfortunately, the photo arrived damaged.
Although the envelope was clearly marked "Do Not Bend," it appears to have been bent during delivery and was placed into my mailbox in a way that caused the photo to fold. As a result, the photo now has a noticeable crease down the middle.
I was disappointed to find the photo in this condition, especially given the significance of the occasion. I was wondering if it would be possible to receive a replacement copy.

Clear nice photos and fast friendly service.
Other than the original photo, the backgrounds looked artificial. I received a complimentary 5x7 photo for my older children’s graduations, I had assumed this was customary.
Haven’t received my pictures yet
Process was difficult to choose multiple photos and could not download digital copies. Great pictures but delivery is inadequate.
The personalization on the photos is a nice addition!

Picture quality except for a few was so-so. Charging $100 for 3 digital prints delivered via email is highway robbery.
My daughter's face doesn't look like it did on the computer screen. I'm not happy but will not go through all the hassle of returning and waiting for another set.

Captured great picture
had retouching done. The new photo doesn't even look like my son anymore. I reached out twice to rectify that and there has been no response. I paid a lot for retoucting only to have the new photo so weird that I wouldn't even display it.
The pictures of my son are good and the price for a 5x7 is good.
How easy the ordering process was and the digital delivery was quick
The product was in excellent form and quality
My photos arrived damaged due to the very flimsy packaging. I am very disappointed as the photos of my daughter's graduation are permanently damaged. I work out of town but when I arrived home and got the photos, apparently the packaging had gotten wet in shipping between post offices. Packaging could have been more secure and weather resistant in my opinion due to what happens in transit and now I don't have any good photos of my daughter's graduation moment although I paid for them.
Extremely expensive for 3 downloads
The photo was blurry and cropped off my hat in a way that I did not submit. It also was cheaper quality than one I bought 2 years ago
The photos are way too expensive
Photos were super expensive and the quality was not very good. We were told we didn't need to take pictures during the ceremony because they would be available but if we'd have known the quality and expense of the photos, we would have taken our own.
