Picture turned out great
Photos were great, ordering was easy and shipping was quick!
There was only one picture that was acceptable and you could tell the backgrounds were generated . You can’t do graduation again so I guess I’m stuck with the one picture.
The quality was poor for the price of the photos
Difficulty in navigate the web site. Difficulty in being able to edit the pictures. Not happy with 1 picture as I was unable to adjust and centre the picture of the dean and my son. There are distracting people on either side of the picture and the State Unviversity sign was cut off.
I emailed you about the poor quality of the photos and the fact that they are out of focus and it looks like my daughter has a weird double hat on. They are horrible and I can't believe these are supposed to be professional quality. I n ver heard back from you. I would like some resolution and at the very least a reply!!
Easy to find photos. Great pictures.
The main picture was good and easy to purchase. However, I would have purchased more pictures if there were more/better pictures of my son besides the main picture.
Photos are casual and fun poses and I received them very quickly.
My daughter had her eyes closed in the grad picture. And the other tagged pictures are of someone else as the main subject.
Not happy.
You mailed our photos in soft flimsy envelope and they got bent in our mailbox!
I feel you should resend them to us.
Please advise.

The pictures of my daughter are very nice but in a couple of poses, there is another student in the background. It should either be deleted or blurred especially for the price I paid
The quality of the pictures and the photographer was on point. Great job very impressed. My older son had pictures taken at Oakland University for college graduation and the photography was horrible bad lighting skin texture everything and his hand was shown missing in the quarter length pictures terrible positioning bad company was called. Great images you guys were amazing.

As a parent, it is difficult to get good graduation photos, as we are seated too far away for high resolution images. I was able to get three digital images that I love, and the purchase process was quick and easy.
When stray hair removal is paid for the customer should be able to say what hair they would like removed. I paid for it because my daughter had a few strands of hair coming down the front and it wasn’t removed so I feel like I paid extra for nothing.
Very pricey . Also no prints provided .
Poor quality for the cost.
Disappointed in the view of the stage photo and individual standing photo.
With past children graduating their photos did not have people in the standing photo shot. This year you can see all the people by the stage in the background. Draws attention away from what is important, our graduate.
The stage photo was after the diploma had been given and he was walking away not looking up.
In the past it was of the handshake and passing of the diploma.
Overall bummed by the photos.

My son is autistic and there was zero effort to try to get him to look at the camera. All of the snaps were awful.
The photos are nice and they were easy to order.

Prices are ridiculous for very basic shots. Nothing impressive. You have us over a barrel because we can’t get close to have good photos. It stinks. Even the ones backstage are so basic. Looks like school photos. Not impressive.
It was incredibly expensive. As a planner, I know we have options. TCAPS is being lazy and not shopping this out for families. My daughter was asked to look "silly" after she got her diploma and didn't want to. I bought photos, but I think it was outrageous.

Like the ease of ordering from the professional photographer who sent specific pictures and f my grandson.
I chose three pictures I wanted and one of them was slightly blurry, but I still ordered it anyway
Bad angle of my daughter and there were only 2 options. One of the photos was never sent to us out of the 3 stops for photos
The price was a lot for what I received.
There wasn’t many images to choose from, my son wasn’t smiling in any. There was none of him crossing the stage. And the download price was way too high.

Low quality. Not impressed. Actually very disappointed that it cost what it did to download the photos and Two I didn't bother with because they were just crops of two others and two were blurry that I did download. I'll take my own the next time and save myself the bucks.
