I thought it was too expensive and when I got them printed the quailty was not great.
Professional pictures
One of my photos was blury and picture color looked dull.
When there are people in the background they should be blurred out to accentuate the main person being photographed.
The actual grad photo was great, but wish there had been an option for 4x6 to match my daughter's from a few years ago. Also the magnets are small and metal, not what we ordered in the past. The image on the magnets not as sharp, either.
It looks like no one cared to tell the kids graduating to smile, fix hair or otherwise. I have seen many kids pictures now and we couldn’t want to buy any. My kids phones took better photos. Sorry. I wish it was otherwise.
Pictures were great
Prices are higher than I expected. The photo of my child holding their diploma was off center for the background of the school name/logo. Not sure if kids were told to smile when they were walking away from getting diploma, but my child is not even looking at the camera.

I was thrilled with the stunning photo. Nary a closed eye or crummy facial expression, AND multiple poses. A really beautiful picture to add to my grandchildren's collection. Thank you
I placed an order late May and then reordered a few additional 5x7’s more recently. I just received the second set of photos and they are much darker than the originals. I was not as pleased with the reorder- I felt like the same attention was not given to the reorder. The photos don’t look as nice as the originals due to the dark background.
I'm thankful we were able to get up close and personal shots from our Spartan's big day. The photo came quickly, was of great quality, and we appreciated the opportunity to order a smaller package of photos. Very well done, thank you!
It was nice to have appointments at the school. But doing pictures at the school doesn't allow the same options as a studio. I did not order pictures as I wanted more outfit options and a different location option.
That I could purchase photos and download them.
The cost for the pictures was to expensive. I did like the the pictures and would have purchased them all but wasn’t paying that much.
Ordering process was easy, photos are great quality.
I’m thankful that there was a picture of my son getting his diploma, but surprised at how many kids were missing photos. I feel like the ceremony was too rushed for the photographers to capture everyone.
Honor chords weren't showing on one side in picture. Photographer should take a second to make sure cap, gown, and chords are in position for lifetime picture that can't be redone for that moment. It's a balance check go then take the professional picture for the wall. Very disappointing to see chords off to the side like he was in a walking off the stage didn't have him stop for a full moment to take the picture.
it was very easy to order and they came very quickly.
I like the graduation frames you offer that you can display your tussle and pictures together. As well as having different keep sake options available was nice and fun to pick threw

Pictures taken while name was announced, walking across stage seemed rushed and off center. Pictures of student just before were centered, better framed and captured the moment.

Your company was quick to get the photos emailed out for selection. We also received our order in a timely manner. The photos were great quality!!! Our other son just graduated from University of Dayton (the weekend before ONU's graduation. We received his proofs 2 weeks after ONU's and they were horrible quality. So I must say your company did a wonderful job in all aspects. Thank you!!!

The packages available are expensive for what you offer. If you made more poses available for the classic package it would well worth it.
Lower prices, package prices are outrageous! As much as I loved all the images I could only afford one style print. And even then I spent more than I wanted to. The website is not very user friendly, very hard to navigate when you are looking at multiple images
