I ordered a plaque, pictures were croocket, sent an email and no response
Is has been a month and haven’t received the link to the pictures I bought.
I never received my photos! Sent emails regarding the issue. No response! Terrible!
I loved the pictures on the slate. Very nice. I ordered one for me and one for the parents. I received my items very timely. Quicker than I thought.

Photos are low quality. One of my downloads doesn't even look like the proof. The cost was too high, especially for the quality. And of course, since it was a one time life event, I have no other options. disappointed to say the least.

None of the photos I wanted were available due to an exposure problem, apparently in multiple photos. I was forced to have my daughter’s least favorite photo printed. I asked if I could get a digital version of the original photo we wanted as a way to make things right and I was told no because I only paid for a print.
Good pictures
The photo itself was great. My concern was the lack of protection from the weather for the packaging. The envelope was wet and I was relieved the photo was not damaged.
