Everything was great!
Great photos
I was not given my discount code discount. I emailed and never heard back. VERY disappointed
Quick response time
Very professional team that captures the best moments perfectly. The photographers make everyone feel comfortable and the results always look amazing.
Excellent product!! Great photos!
Way too expensive!! I will never buy again because why is 3 pictures $100… ridiculous. I liked 2 of my pictures but I had to buy all 3 because just one picture is $60. How do you expect college students to pay for that without putting in 4 extra hours of work… for my GRADUATION PICTURES!
I ordered and received a personalized mug and it was not what I ordered. I called and they apologized for the mix up and sent my order out the next day. Great customer service!!!!
Loved the variety of photos offered. Received them quickly.
The variety of photos
The few random photos were a tad blurry. From the original email, I initially thought we had the chance to be individually photographed with the photographer outside of the graduation time. I now realize that was silly, but it was just the indication that I had gotten.
The plaque I ordered looks cheap and unprofessional. It included that fake gold plastic that one would receive on their trophy from a little league sport banquet. The picture of what I ordered seamed way more professional. Quite frankly Embarrassed to hang that up at my office looking so cheap. Regret ordering it.
Ease of use
Speed of delivery
Excellent service package arrived in a timely manner and tge photo finish was perfect
The prices for downloads were extremely high.
The photo seems kind of blurry, and somebody’s sticky fingers left residue on one of the photos so they stuck together and are blemished.
Quick and quality
Great quality quick delivery photos still available long after the event
Too expensive- bad photo with lipstick on teeth , and charge for everything

Easy to use!! Very convenient!
Just wish they would have fixed her glasses
Great!
Having candid photos of my student was an unexpected bonus! I was thrilled to have these photos in conjunction with the standard diploma pics.
Post office damaged the original and you sent a new out no questions asked! Thanks
Pictures turned out great, turnaround time was quick.
I asked for a new copy of the photo I purchased because it arrived with water damage on the corners
I haven’t received my photo in front of the Spartan Statue
I felt that $99 for three photos was quite expensive but I was willing to pay that because the photos were high quality pictures that I would have not been able to get myself.
Our son’s graduation ceremony pictures turned out great! It was so nice to know that we could get up close, professional pictures especially since we were seated too far away to take our own. The email with the proofs came quickly after graduation and the physical pictures arrived to our home quickly as well.
The whole system was seamless and much appreciated!
