The quality and variety.
you sent them in the mail without protection and "do not bend" in a basic envelope. the post office doesn't care and never ever has. so they are bent. and overpriced.and you'll do nothing about it. additionally you took 1 photo of my son. the two others included were of random friends. no diploma
no class shot. just a BAD experience overall.

I like that there are a lot of options. I wish there where some cheaper packages. Luckly you could purchase items iindividually.I also liked that I got to choose what was printed on the photos. I graduated during covid 2020, but didn't get to do the ceremony until 2022. The program aloud me to put my graduation year as 2020 and not 2022.
The quality of the printed photo was disappointing. It almost appears to be grainy. I was disappointed in this because I was on the fence about purchasing the pictures in the first place. The digital version was much more clear. The printed version quality would have been better if it was taken on an iphone. Disappointed with what I got for the price.

I was disappointed in one of my photos. It was blurry. I couldn't see that it was on my phone. Also, it would be nice if you offered an option to have more than one pose on a sheet....for example 2 different 5x7's instead of the same one on a sheet of 2. Would have liked more than one pose of the wallets. I didn't need a whole sheet of the same pose so didn't order any.

I think $100 just to download 3 pictures was crazy. I almost didn’t buy it due to cost, and I bet many students did NOT
Less Blurry photos, and photos of my face (we got a photo of me behind another student). Plus less pushy emails around urgency of purchase.
My son did not have one picture as he was receiving his diploma as a clear photo. Very disappointing.
I purchased the photos in the stands, but this was a once in a lifetime and I trusted your organization. So sad about this.

Can order after many years
The prices for these photographs were extremely high. I'm a single mother and I ended up being able to purchase one photo from my son's graduation. The prices for digital prints was absolutely ridiculous. Digital prints don't require you to send me a photo or generate any physical copy but they were over $100. Why? What is the reasoning for that? There was no option to buy physical prints until the last minute before the option to buy was removed. It saddens me that everything is seen as an opportunity to capitalize. This was my son's graduation. I am his only parent. He is the first in my family live to graduate high school and instead of being able to get the pictures I wanted to remember this special day I had to pick one because they were so expensive. I hope your company is proud of itself for making something special so unreachable.
