The pictures were really expensive and none of them made me look good. All of my pictures were all taken at an angle that made my excess weight look worse. I got a few just to have some official photos of the moment, but it has made me so upset that I'm going to retake my pictures on my own. Additionally the green backdrop used has a stain and I don't know if that was the fault of the college or your company, but since the only picture of me receiving my diploma had that backdrop I had no choice but to immortalize the stained backdrop. I would suggest making sure backgrounds are not stained, and a mirror at the photography stop and more direction from photographers to keep us from looking bad. Additionally the only casual picture taken of me was done without warning and subsequently I still look bad.
Pictures turned out good. Easy to navigate website. Liked the ordering options.
The photos were great and turned it better than expected!
I ordered 1 photograph and I was happy with the result. The only reason I didn't give a 10 was because of the pricing. The packages are too expensive, considering we are graduates and haven't started working.
Pictures are blurry and very poor quality. Definitely not worth the money. Worst grad photo quality i have ever seen

Photos turned out well, except her tassel was right in front of her face. It's ok, because that's reality and they have to rush, but would be nice if there could be one pause to say move your tassel. I still bought photos though. Thank you!

Pictures were nicely done and the quality of the finished products was great.
When I received my purchase (#VGPhone number removed8) my son pointed out that his graduation cap was on backwards for the photo. This is something the photographer should have noticed and fixed. I would like a refund for order #VGPhone number removed8. - Name removed
I never received my pictures after ordering them!! They did not show up to my house and I double checked the address listed and everything was correct

Photo was slightly blurry
I think they are way overpriced. I would have purchased more if they would have been more reasonable. I think for the quality that I got I could have taken that from my phone camera. Actually, I took better ones from my phone camera.

Paid for retouching - apparently AI does it. It didn't look right. Reached out to get both photos looked at by a real person, was told it would take awhile. Haven't received any more info
The mug I ordered the text is blurry and looks like it’s smudged. The photo is clear but the text on the other side looks horrible

Photos just arrived and 8x10s are terribly folded!! So are the nice black 5x7 display frames! They look ripped they’re so bent! We’re SO disappointed & paid really good money for these memories :(
Price of the electronic files and overall prices are way too expensive.
It would have been nice to have more family photos outside. I remember them taking one photo, but it wasn't online for me to purchase.
We were just disappointed with the quality of one of the photos we recieved. We couldn't tell in the proofs that the image was blurry, but when we recieved the actual photo, it was out of focus. The other 2 photos were fine.

Photos came bent. Shipping packaging was not appropriate for photographs.
I still have not gotten my digital download for my daughter grad pic that I ordered a while ago. I received the magnets in the mail already and they turned out great. Can someone send me the digital download link?
