Wish the photo would have been edited. The graduates face is so shiny. I'm wondering if a matte finish would have been better. Examples of finishes would be helpful.
1. The photos were not great. My daughter’s photo appeared to look like a mugshot. I would have hoped/expected the photographer to do a retake or assist her with looking decent.
2. The price for 1 singular digital photo was absolutely outrageous. It felt like a money grab to parents who want a decent photo but for $60 for a single digital photo, not even a print, is awful.
I paid the $200 to get all my pictures but I am not satisfied with the quality at all given the special occasion. For the prices you’re charging, I would have expected MUCH better photos.
I didn’t rate lower because the photos of my daughter were captured at the very moment she received her diploma. I would have preferred to take my own pictures though.

I have 1 8x10 picture that wasnt completely clear which was disappointing
Three of the five photos that we were presented with were unusable out of focus or eyes closed. I can’t imagine how you guys approach photographing 1300 students. But I may have bought an extra picture or two if those were an option. So maybe hiring an extra few photographers to make sure that every student is covered and covered well would probably make you a little more money.
Prices were a bit much especially for a single 5x7
I ordered different 5x7 pictures and got 3 different ones rather than the 6 and then you doubled them. So pretty bummed about that .
You sent WAY too many emails. Even after I ordered you sent me emails telling me to email to 3 different email addresses at the same time. Even after I unsubscribed I received emails with a Father’s Day deal- you had no way to know my dad died this last year but this is something to be conscious of in the way you word promotional deals (Father’s Day deal instead of “something for your dad”) Don’t send emails after someone unsubscribes!
Pictures were clear and up close when taken while the diploma was being received.
My photos arrived with a flimsy piece of cardboard and my pictures were warped
I REALLY appreciate the pricing. There were lots of options that were affordable and very reasonable with available packages. I didn’t feel at home like we were being taken advantage of. The photos were high-quality and delivered quickly and well packaged.
I love the photos just wish there was a way to create my own package with having to select from pre made packages.
Support is first class
We are grateful to have the pictures. Most of what we ordered it perfect. One came out so blurry that we threw it out. It would be great to be able to know ahead of time if images are going to be blurry in certain sizes so we would not have ordered it.

Lower the cost a bit to make the pictures more affordable.
I like the reminders to order and the various backgrounds to choose from. I did not really approve of the lighting of photo, the graduate seemed darker than actually is. The price was a bit high.
