Good quality
The close up shots on the stage and the ease of looking at the images. Also the email alerting me there were images to look at, otherwise I wouldn’t have known.
photo options were limited. pictures were not very good.

The photo prices for a digital download are criminally high. Absolutely absurd.
I would mainly emphasis on the cost, as students couldn't pay so much.
At least, just the soft copies should be minimal.
Apart from that everything is good.
She wasn’t happy with any of the photos. She was all hot and sweaty. Then paying $60 for 1 photo is a tad bit ridiculous. When my son graduated 3 yrs ago from Durand his was $29

The variety of backgrounds for the posed photo, and all the pictures from the entire ceremony provided a variety to choose from.

I think you did an amazing job of getting photos of my son in various photos; however, when I ordered the collage, I did not realize these were not matted photos, rather just a digital print. The same holds true for the personalization area. Rather cheap looking. Again, amazing job on the field.

I like that there was professional photography services used at Hope College for my son's graduation. I wasn't able to sit close and the photos are perfect moments.

The picture itself was not centered. Which is fine when you have to post so many but it would have been nice to have an option to at least make him centered and not part of his arm cut off

The photos I ordered were good. But I ordered a photo ceramic mug too. Arrived broken as they only protection was a thin bit of brown paper no other packaging.
Really? How do you not think it’s not going to be broken when you just put it in a box and it has to travel hundreds of miles to its destination? Very disappointed. Wanted to order another mug but don’t want to waste my money again if you don’t package it correctly! So very disappointed

The quality of the photos weren't great. I appreciate that the lighting conditions were challenging, but I had hoped for something a little more balanced, with better framing.
The photos were very nice, considering how quickly each student had to move thru the process to keep everything going in a timely manner. I was pleased with the results, with the ease of ordering and with how quickly my shipment was received (UNdamaged)!!
One suggestion, the alternate background that had a lot of green just blended with the green gowns and it was also quite "busy". Maybe a background with green on the edges and white behind the grad, so the grad stands out a bit more could be a thought for future background choices.
other. graduation photo sites allow you to change the background of the photos and yours does not

These pictures were SO EXPENSIVE. I would have hired someone else if I know you would charge an arm and a leg for these pictures. Like I am already in debt from student loans, be so for real.
