I was hoping the image would be one I could use but the lighting/ shadows of the cap made it look like triangles were coming out of his head so it was expensive for an image we could not use.

I liked the option to just buy just one photo if desired and the prices were reasonable.
I wish the photographer wills have turned his hat around. He has it on backwards in the photo. He has never worn a mortar board before and thought he had it on the right way. Bummer but it did make a funny memory.

Pictures had an obvious mark on her face with next to her glasses. This was not something that was fixed and I would have thought it certainly should have been?
Picture was horrible. I paid $14.75 to mail it back. It’s been 2 weeks, 2 phone calls to customer service and still no refund.

Photo cost for digital downloads was astronomical and the quality of the physical print I received was very poor. Additionally, I was not shown or given access to all the photos of myself although classmates received them
