The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Anytime I go in there, I am greeted by a friendly staff member who can get my needs taken care of in a timely manner. I never feel rushed to make a purchase and the staff is happy to answer any questions I have honestly.
I think the Customer service has improved. I quickly received the help I needed in buying a new helmet ,getting my bike tuned up, and getting new cleats put on my bike shoes.
Your bike mechanic Kevin Laguerre was a virtual maestro when it came to creatively thinking outside the box when fixing a complex problem with my bike. He was able to fix what other mechanics could not. He successfully repaired and saved my worn out bottom bracket (BB) by using an old school, forgotten technique of needling (?) where he took the time to hand-punch and smooth over 30 separate tiny dimples in the interior of my BB shell in order to prevent slipping and stabilize the frame / BB connection. I was blown away! 🤯 How he did it or how long it took I have no idea, but his level of commitment, expertise, passion and professionalism is very impressive and undeniable. He’s literally a bike repair wizard. “Kevin the Wizard” 🧙♂️

Great shop. Great location. Plenty of great merchandise. Most importantly, Mark Manson is awesome. He has been my salesperson for many years going back to the Richardson location. Mark is a bike guy. He is professional, knowledgeable, easy going, and very helpful. I go to the Preston Hollow location because of Mark even though another location is more convenient for me.
