I don’t mind a survey that i choose 1-10 but to type out why i have had good experiences is annoying. Keep up the good work.

I usually shop at Dallas Bike Mart on Garland Road, but that location didn't have what I wanted, and the Preston Hollow location did. However, the people at both shops are friendly and very helpful.

Davis, who came out to inspect the two bikes and walk me through my options was so polite and kind. His explanations were thorough and his follow-up great.

My daughter picked up the bike when she came in for a car rack and helmet so I cannot comment on the process at that end, but Davis made the front end super pleasant.

Hi , thank you very much for reaching out, Mark was such a great help from the first phone call looking for a specific bike to helping me set up a payment schedule. I called him several times throughout the process and he was always helpful. He even brought another mountain bike from a different location so I could check it out. I just moved to Dallas and I have made Bike Mart my home base bike shop. Thanks for all your help with this bike Mark I’ll be coming in for a mountain bike soon.
