Been riding casually for several years. First time I had ever had a bike fit. Since it was my first time, I really wasn't sure what to expect. JP was super easy going, explained everything, and really took his time to make detailed adjustments, which I appreciated.

The employees don’t talk down to me or make me feel stupid when I don’t know all the bike lingo. This is a big deal. I will continue returning here because they make me comfortable.

I experienced exemplary customer service recently at the BM in Highland Park. Davis quickly understood my service request and had me back on the bike training the very next day. The mechanic did a great job replacing my entire drivetrain and the bike runs line new again. Give those boys a bonus!
