I ordered a kid's 20" bike, but there were 2 customers with the same last name both ordering kids bikes. Initially i was handed the wrong bike but it was caught and correcte4d before i walked away. and my training wheel didn't fit so they replace them with a pair from their stock inventory, so it allowed me to arrive home wearing my SuperDad smile when my daughter starting gushing over her 1st big girl bike. This is my 3rd bike purchase from this location since Xmas and they also installed new gearsets on 2 of my personal bikes.

I’ve been taking my bike to the Bike Mart on Lovers Lane in Dallas for several years, and I’ve consistently had great experiences there. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, always willing to answer questions and offer advice. Their repair work is excellent, and I’ve always felt confident leaving my bike in their hands. Nate and his co-worker (I don’t recall his name) were great.
