We had a fiasco while driving our Rv with our new electric bikes on our new rack. One bike fell off and was damaged. Cannot stress enough how wonderful Bike Mart was in helping us resolve this situation! They worked together with Kuat bike racks(who also deserve a 10 star shout out), and we now have a fully repaired bike and a new, better, bike rack, which cost us nothing. Bike Mart and Kuat went above and beyond and have a customer for life, who is going to continue raving about them anytime/anywhere I can! You just don’t get customer service this good anymore!
