Friendly and knowledgable staff

Sorry to hear that several brands of road bikes are no longer available

You all have a nice selection with plenty of inventory so that the common needs of many mtb riders and cyclists can be met. I liked how all the bikes were arranged and on display in a way that made it easy to browse and look them over. The entire store had a nice atmosphere and is in a great location.

I had great conversations with a couple of the people working at this location and they were very knowledgeable and respectful of my time, not putting pressure on me to make a purchase and also not trying to wrap things up so they can get on with work. Of course those things will vary depending on how busy a store is, but everyone seems to have a good work ethic and treats customers well.

They did a great job getting my bike assembled and keeping in touch with me throughout the process to check when I needed it and let me know of the status. I was impressed with how quickly my bike was ready for pickup.

I've been wanting to figure out which local bike shop would suit me best as I get back into riding more, and I'm very happy to have found this Bike Mart in such a convenient location and to have great standards. I'll definitely be returning for future bike service and product needs.

Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful

Mark was an excellent guide for me as I got set up with my beginner bike. He was helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and just a pleasure to spend time with.

I came to BikeMart in the hopes of leaving my bike so the team could install a new pair of pedals that I needed. The team sold me the pedals and installed them right there as I waited. Super courteous, quick and awesome. Thank you!

Your Lovers Lane store had all the items I was looking for. Toni Lamb showed me the Camelbak metal water bottles that I hadn’t seen before. When my plastic bottles need to be replaced, I plan to upgrade to the metal bottles. I consistently get great customer service at this store.
