I have to say the employees at the Dallas location are so nice. I only went to the Richardson location a couple times because it seemed walking in like it was a club and if you weren’t a member you kind of got the stink eye!

The bike rental worked great and I particularly appreciate relocating a bike from Richardson to Preston Hollow in the size my wife needed.

I also appreciated the adjustments that the mechanics were able to make before the ride, although we should have spent more time trying to fine tune the fit.

We brought our own pedals, which the shop installed, but we used shop helmets. That was very convenient not to travel with helmets

Helpful, fast service

When I arrived to the store I was greeted/acknowledged and taken care of fairly quickly after waiting in line. One of the employees looked over my bike and asked me what I needed to be done and even recommended that my seat be shifted forward some which I appreciated because I had no idea my seat was so far back and that it was affecting my rides. The work itself was down very well and I was surprised that the brake pad replacement and flat tires were done in 1 day and only costed me about $50. Super pleased with the experience!
