I put an old bike back on the road and your Preston Hollow store had everything I needed - tires, tubes, chain lube, CO2. A tech mounted the tubes and tires for me so I was literally ready to ride out the door. Great service!

Mark took excellent care of me, and was extremely kind in withstanding the incessant questions from my 3 and 6 y.o. daughters while explaining technical details. I was overwhelmed by the number of choices of products online and I appreciated being steered directly to 2-3 options that would be best for my needs.

I don’t mind a survey that i choose 1-10 but to type out why i have had good experiences is annoying. Keep up the good work.

I usually shop at Dallas Bike Mart on Garland Road, but that location didn't have what I wanted, and the Preston Hollow location did. However, the people at both shops are friendly and very helpful.

Davis, who came out to inspect the two bikes and walk me through my options was so polite and kind. His explanations were thorough and his follow-up great.

My daughter picked up the bike when she came in for a car rack and helmet so I cannot comment on the process at that end, but Davis made the front end super pleasant.
