The employees don’t talk down to me or make me feel stupid when I don’t know all the bike lingo. This is a big deal. I will continue returning here because they make me comfortable.

I experienced exemplary customer service recently at the BM in Highland Park. Davis quickly understood my service request and had me back on the bike training the very next day. The mechanic did a great job replacing my entire drivetrain and the bike runs line new again. Give those boys a bonus!

The service in this Lovers lane location was outstanding. The gentleman working came over and asked if I needed some help. I asked for a small part that's not purchased every day. He did not have it but went into the back service area and found what I needed and gave it to me. I then had questions about a tire pump...they've evolved quick a bit ... and he again found exactly what I needed, so I purchased it. In all, a great experience
