I have purchased both my bikes, and always had them serviced, at the Bike Mart in Richardson the new store on Lovers lane. Sales staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The repair service is spectacular. Every effort is made to keep your bike in top shape, and the cost is very reasonable. I would not take my bike anywhere else.

Mark was super knowledgeable and helped me pick out a great bike for my needs, Kevin (I think that was his name, shorter man with glasses) did a great job helping me pick out the starting bells and whistles, and the service team was super fast in putting everything together so I could take it home ready to ride. I’m looking forward to the maintenance class I signed up for.
