Pete was fantastic. I was hit by a car and had my new bike snapped in half. Pete found me a suitable replacement and helped me replace all of my other equipment. This is the only store I would ever consider to buy any bike related merch from, customer for life.

Your store had parts in stock. X01 and XX1 12 speed chain. Most shops don't carry those. I know there are part shortages, but most shops just don't carry some of the maintenance items for higher end bicycles. Oh yea and your shop had a quality 12 speed chain tool in stock as well. Can't remember the younger gentlemen's name that helped me but he was super nice and helpful.(I do remember he had 2 earrings - haha) Knowledgeable MTB guy!

When I went in to get my old bike spruced up everyone was very helpful. The service team explained what all needed to be fixed well and it was finished the day they told me it would be.

While there, I checked out some new bikes and the sales team was very knowledgeable and helpful. They weren't too pushy, and helped me learn what new features were out there, the benefits of upgrading, and what I can look into for my next bike.

Great follow through. When I picked up my bike, the bearings on the front wheel were frozen. Who knows if it was because of the cleaning or just coincidental. Regardless, your guy replaced them quickly and didn't charge me.
