I'm currently a truck driver OTR, one day I noticed another driver with one of these folding bikes, I fell in love with this bike at first sight. Just the right size to fit into my truck space passenger side between the dashboard and front seat perfect fit.. Love the bike, its very comfortable to ride love its uniqueness not to big or too small. Its so portable i'll be enjoying for years to come.

First off, I was very impressed with the young gentleman who helped me decide on a new bike. He struck me as having a good grasp on the various (hybrid) models in terms of specific knowledge, function and suitability to my interests. For this buy, I traded in an older bike. Although the trade in value was below that which the bike would draw in a private sell, I was offered a fair and reasonable offer and I took it.

Last thoughts. When I picked up the bike I purchased some accessories and the service department installed gratis. Not necessary, but much appreciated.

Overall, I was very impressed with the store and its staff, both sales and service. I live in Tyler, so it was a bit of a drive; however, it was definitely worth it.

We love RBM! Its staff is always so helpful. We took in 2 bikes: one we were giving our daughter after her mom had gotten a new e-bike at RBM; and one that was going to our granddaughter from her older brother. RBM fit both in its usual and always professional way. So grateful for RBM!
