Ryan and Tommy (?) were OUTSTANDING and helpful and friendly and quick!!! I ordered a part and voilá, it was in store and on my bike in a week. The new store is lovely, huge, well-stocked, and colorful. Now I've enjoyed all three locations, and it's hard to pick a fav. The staff at each location are wonderful.

The store staff was so friendly. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted and asked by three different staff if they could help me. In an age where customer service seems to be on the decline, this store differently was worth driving from Waxahachie and I plan on doing business here in the future simply for the fact of how nice and helpful they were.
