First, your new store is appreciated by us "down here" so we don't have to drive up to the Richardson store. This was my first visit with a small but important service need and Jeremy took care of it immediately and explained what I had neglected to do.

The new shop on Lovers Lane is excellent. I had a quick service need, and the diagnosis was spot on (as usual), and the repair efficient and completed while I waited. I especially like the forward analysis that is always performed on my bike - for example, no brake pads needed now, but you will need to have them looked at before next season, probably in +-February. I always learn something new each trip, and everyone takes the time to teach.
