When I went in to get my old bike spruced up everyone was very helpful. The service team explained what all needed to be fixed well and it was finished the day they told me it would be.
While there, I checked out some new bikes and the sales team was very knowledgeable and helpful. They weren't too pushy, and helped me learn what new features were out there, the benefits of upgrading, and what I can look into for my next bike.

Great follow through. When I picked up my bike, the bearings on the front wheel were frozen. Who knows if it was because of the cleaning or just coincidental. Regardless, your guy replaced them quickly and didn't charge me.
