Ryan and Tommy (?) were OUTSTANDING and helpful and friendly and quick!!! I ordered a part and voilá, it was in store and on my bike in a week. The new store is lovely, huge, well-stocked, and colorful. Now I've enjoyed all three locations, and it's hard to pick a fav. The staff at each location are wonderful.

The store staff was so friendly. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted and asked by three different staff if they could help me. In an age where customer service seems to be on the decline, this store differently was worth driving from Waxahachie and I plan on doing business here in the future simply for the fact of how nice and helpful they were.

Andrew in the service department was amazing! He fixed my bike after it fell off my friend's bike rack and dragged behind his truck for a couple of miles. (Haha) Andrew found new handlebars and a new seat, and did a full tune-up and made sure nothing else was broken. He was extremely helpful and responsive. Thanks Andrew, and thanks BM Preston Hollow!

Great customer service, wonderful stores with his selection. I think Ryan at the Lovers Ln location (so bad with names I do apologize!) helped me purchase a bike on Saturday and it was a good experience!
