I had the pleasure of working with Joe and had no intention of buying a new bike. I had brought a bike into the store that was given to me and wanted it restored. But Joe offered me a test drive and I got to take a spin on the bike I purchased. Good manners and professionalism and product knowledge is what made the sell.
