Staff and management

My boyfriend bought a trek bike last summer so he took me over to Bike Mart to get me one. The store rep was extremely nice and very helpful and knowledgeable about the bikes and other products within the store.
The bike I bought is great and fits my needs. I was able to take a couple of bikes out for a ride around the area before I decided on the one I wanted. Also whenever I need Accessories I can go back there and get 10% off not to mention free bike servicing. Awesome!

We were helped promptly, and given authoritative answers to our questions. When we were asked whether our bikes needed servicing, we were told “no” even though we would not have known enough to question another answer: extra points for that!

Pete was fantastic - 10/10 service. Will definitely be coming back for any future cycling needs.
