So on a whim I went to Bike Mart in Preston Hollow and spoke with the Service Technician Manager, Andrew Johnson. His ability to listen, address, and fix my problems regarding my bike were superior. I had an absolutely wonderful experience and will be using them as my shop for service, to include my family's bikes, and for any new product that I desire.

Our salesperson, Davis, was extremely helpful, and he took care of everything we needed (e.g. bike, helmet, lock, water bottle holder, etc.). It was like one-stop shopping, which was very convenient. The selection was great, and there were many options available to us. The sale prices were good too.
