Everyone is at Preston Hollow BM is friendly and knowledgeable on the items I needed to add to my bike. And they installed my bike lights for me too! Thrilled to have a BM closer to my home!

I ordered a GRX derailleur and a braze-on clamp adapter on Bikemart’s website. Bikemart was very helpful when there was a question about availability and the item arrived at their nearest store exactly when they said it would. Excellent service, many items in stock that are out elsewhere and clear and helpful communication.

I needed something so simple...a bike bell for a 12-year old's bike. Mark treated me like a valuable customer and with respect...showing me the vast assortment of bike bells available, letting me ring a few..hahaha...choosing one...and then Mark was kind enough to install it.

I was over in your area from Shreveport, LA and thought I would stop in and see if y’all had any Sram eTap shifters for my 3T Exploro RaceMax gravel bike since I’ve been waiting so long! I met Andrew in your service department, he was great and hooked me up with the shifters and brakes!!! I brought brought my bike back over Tuesday the next week and it was ready that afternoon!!! It was so nice to visit a bike shop that has everything in stock and people that are knowledgeable and caring!!! You are my bike shop and will travel 3+ hours to bring my bike for service!!! You guys are the best!!!

I live in the neighborhood (Devonshire) and had a flat tire while riding my bike. I walked a few blocks to your store on Lovers Lane, which is the first time I have been in the store since you opened here. Your staff was fantastic!
