The service department guys were exceptional. They may have felt bad for me and my 30+ year old Specialized. They had my bike in and out of there in under 24 hours. Andrew was especially wonderful, but everyone was very nice.

He’s a consistent first place winner for many years in France, Italy & Spain on the 21 day tours. He rides a Colnago bike in races & they are his sponsor. Tyler in bike service walked me through what was going on with my bike and helped me understand my bike. He fixed my bike quickly, but still took time and care for the more tricky elements of the repair. I learned a lot and felt confident walking out of the shop ready to get back to biking.
So fair the actual product I got (new brake pads) have been a game changer! My bike is much safer, and I know I could stop on a dime if I needed to.
My bike was so well serviced that I doubt I will need repairs any time soon- but when I do, I’m coming back here!
