The first gentleman who waited on me last week sold me bike shoes that were not correct for me and my use. They were also too big. He seemed completely unconcerned about his service.
Yesterday, I returned the shoes and was greeted by a delightful gentleman who actually ASKED me how I planned to use them and made a completely different recommendation. He also sold me a tire pump and took the time to determine what type of valves my bike had and select the appropriate one - PLUS - showed me how to use it. Also, the sales manager who checked me out was very pleasant!
I plan to find out the names of both so I can let you know who needs “help” and who needs accolades!!!
