Very friendly and helpful staff. We came in most recently last Sunday after the strap on my wife's 10-year-old helmet broke. Toni showed us the Giro helmets and was very thorough on how to adjust them and the benefits of the newer design over our old ones. In fact, we bought one for me too, as a result of Toni's explanations of the safety aspects of the newer design.
