Pete, the General Manager was excellent. He made my wife (first time bike buyer) feel very comfortable and not rushed at all. The whole staff that assisted in looking at bikes, adding accessories on (after we purchased), and answering questions were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Mark was very helpful! He explained all the ins and outs of the bikes. Very friendly, nice to meet people like Mark. That's probably why he's been employed there for 17 yrs. He loves what he does and it shows.

I have been a long customer for RBM

But service at the Campbell location was “Bike Elitist”

If you don’t look like a 140# and 300+ FTP you were neglected

Now I have experienced two pleasent welcoming to the store
