You had a Kuat bike rack available when the other bike store did not have one. It was already built up so all we had to do was purchase and install. Kevin was there to help us install on our vehicle and instructed us on all of the features.

We went to the Preston Hollow Bike Mart location looking for a new bike for our 12 year old daughter who had outgrown her kid's bike.

Pete Kelly was amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with all of our questions (there were many!). Pete is a model for what customer service is all about and, as a result, we will be looking towards Pete and PHBM for all of our cycling needs!
