Joe - Age 71. 6'4". Replacing a very old Trek 820 Antelope that I used for city and bike path riding. I wanted either a newer mountain bike or a hybrid. I purchased a used mountain bike but brought it back and selected a new Trek Verve 1 that is very similar to the old Antelope set-up. We added a longer seat tube to extend the seat height for a more comfortable ride.
I had not shopped for a bike in many years. With so many bike styles and prices, I appreciated Mark taking time with me to select and test ride the new bike and get it sized right.

I was so impressed by my entire shopping experience with purchasing a bike and rack. Pete was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and finding my Liv bike at another shop and having it sent over, and JP was also extremely knowledgeable about bike racks and helping me select the right one. When I drove from the Woodlands on Saturday to pick up my bike, everything was ready, and Mark was fantastic at helping set everything up and spent so much time teaching me about the bike and using the rack, and he even got me started on using clips!
Overall a fantastic experience…just wish you all were located in the Woodlands!
