We went to the Preston Hollow Bike Mart location looking for a new bike for our 12 year old daughter who had outgrown her kid's bike.
Pete Kelly was amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with all of our questions (there were many!). Pete is a model for what customer service is all about and, as a result, we will be looking towards Pete and PHBM for all of our cycling needs!

First, you held a used bike for me which was nice since I’m 40 miles away. The spaceman,I think his name was Mark put on all the accessories I had picked then helped me put bike on the bike rack on my car. I will definitely recommend.

Great selection, but most importantly very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Truth be told, there are some grey hairs coming out of my head but the staff talked me through buying a new BMX bike to relive my glory days in the 90s. Initially I bucked at their recommendation, but after a test drive I realized their initial assessment was spot on. If you are a busy person, this is a great place to buy a bike!
