Great experience Saturday. Pete helped us to get new bikes for our 2 kids, ages 6 and 8. Pete was very knowledgeable but most importantly was patient with us and our 2 kids as they picked out their bikes. Pete was great with helping us choose the right bike for their size and skill level. Great having you guys in the neighborhood! Thank you!
I wasn’t rushed or made to feel unwelcome when i arrived at 655 pm i really needed to grab a few things and was even offered help after 7 pm when i had further questions, even if they were sick of me and ready to go, it did not show a bit! I was super apologetic for being so late and they were relaxed and appeared very happy to help! Also, my 2yo daughter was taking things off the shelves and your service guy who rides the motorcycle was so patient about that too!
