It was my first time in the store because they were the only Bike Mart with that bike in stock. I drove 30 to 40 minutes to go look at the bike. Pete and JP made this experience worth the trip for sure. The guy that looked over my bike was also pretty fast.

Bought a bike online from specialized. Bike mart was the local pickup retailer. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They have setup two new bikes for me and my wife, and adjusted the suspension for both of us. They were nice, quick, and accurate during my time there and very helpful with any questions I had.
