Great customer service. I tested a bike and put a hold on it. I had lots of questions and they were answered and researched if the answer wasn’t known. I returned to test the bike again and the sales person went on a ride with me in the 100+ degree heat. The customer service was above any of my previous experiences.

Just a minor problem. I was looking for an inner tube with a presta valve for a 20x1.50 tire. It was not on the display shelf and I had to ask someone to go in the back to get it. I thought I needed to schedule a tune-up due to problems shifting gears. Ian at the Preston Hollow shop checked the chain and cassette, found that they were both worn/stretched, and installed new components on the spot. I really appreciate not having to drop off my bike and return to pick it up. Very convenient for me! And my bike is shifting great. I am always impressed at how I'm able to get small repairs or parts replaced immediately when I ride my bike into the shop with a problem. I've received consistently solid service.
The customer service I received yesterday was delightfully surprising! I backed my car up in the spot right in front of the door and two men came to help me get my bike out of the car. One held the door and one pulled it out for me. Everyone was very professional, helpful, calm, and so kind! I just told my husband that I’d be willing to drive the 25 minutes everyone I needed something for my bike, just to have those kind of exchanges! What a difference the experience was in contrast to many businesses these days. Thank you for excellent services. I will highly recommend this shop especially in this location! (Lovers and Inwood).

Mark was very nice and very knowledgeable. I had special needs in terms of a bike for a heavier person and he was really helpful and guided me toward what I feel is the best bike I have ever owned in terms of fit. I really love the way it fits and so far I love riding it.

Highly recommend, I called and you answered fast. Answered my questions and I show up and Joe in service helps me find the parts i needed in less than a minute, and then proceeded to put my tires and tubes on for free in less than 10min. I was a playtri customer but NOT ANYMORE! Those guys suck, not all but most. Joe thanks.

After I had purchased about $500 in merchandise, I needed a couple of bikes tuned up (just oil and air). At another store, I was told it would be 2 weeks. At your store, you tuned up those bikes while a waited.
