Very informative salesman (Davis). Greeted me promptly. I told him why I was there. Instead of just trying to start selling, he wanted to know what my goals were. We talked through getting back into cycling and what I needed now. He walked me through upgrades since I was in and answered all my questions. When we were done shopping through what I came to get he wanted to know if there was anything else I had questions on. We talked through a couple of additional items I wasn't ready to purchase but he was enthusiastic to share knowledge so when I was ready I could come back in and purchase.
I started at the white rock location. After 20 minutes of watching and listening to two sales people at the counter talk to the same lady who was not buying anything, I became frustrated. After another customer walked up and interrupted to let them know they had made a mistake on his bike, he took it and left with the female salesperson saying "at least let us try to make it right."
That store had the merchandise, I did not have the experience or the knowledge to sort through your extensive selection. If it had not been for a friend telling me how great Bike Mart was, I would have went elsewhere instead of trying another store.

Excellent and friendly customer service. The team treats me like I know what I am doing, they dont talk down to me like other shops and never tries to oversell me. I do in fact know what I am doing and would know if they were trying to upsell me on something unnecessary but instead they show the features that make an item more or less desirable and explain options I may not be aware of. Of all the BMs, Preston Hollow and Pete are my favorite for this reason.

Mark was awesome. He allowed me to ride as many bikes as I needed to and talked through any issues that I had. I even bought a bike that day but after riding it home it didn’t fit the needs I thought I had. So I took it back the next day, and got the one I truly wanted. Mark didn’t hassle me about bringing it back nor did he never complain about the extra work that took. I couldn’t be happier.
