Ian is just freaking phenomenal. I called Sunday to see what the lead time on fixing my brakes would be. He sounded let down that he couldn’t fix it immediately, but I was just hoping it wouldn’t take two weeks. I took it in Monday, he was there and remembered me. Gave a me quote after looking it over. Even recommended a new saddle, got me a rear rack and other accessories. I can order product on Amazon, I can figure things out on my own or via YouTube, but there’s no replacing guys like that. That’s why I only shop at Bike Mart since I moved here 16 years ago.

I was greeted right away. I needed a new tube and it was fixed within 10mins. They even offered to load my bike into my car. It was such an easy experience and great customer service!

I am very pleased with the services. The staff was very helpful and eager to assist me. Joseph took my bike and quickly analyzed it. He was quick to say that he will fix it right away with no issues. My service was complete in a timely manner. When I picked the bike up the next day, someone very friendly helped put the bike in my vehicle. We, the therapeutic recreation department at First name removed Rite for Children in Dallas are very pleased and are happy to continue to work on our relationship. We plan on sticking around and continue to bring our bikes over to Bike Mart.

RBM is my Go To bike shop. Very knowledgeable service departments, great equipment and gear at fair prices. I have learned over the last 10-12 years that RBM is The Place, and I have given other shops a shot at my business, and they always underpreform. RBM always exceeds expectations!

Bike Mart @ Preston Hollow is a "real" bike shop. Well stocked with all kinds of bikes, accessories, and apparel. The service is excellent and the technicians are very knowledgeable.
