The part I needed was held for me without any hesitation. I had questions about the accessory and received solid answers regarding the use with my bike rack. He even offered to help with the installation even though I had purchased the rack elsewhere. Customer service like this lowers the threshold of entry for anyone that may feel intimidated about visiting a shop like this. Great service!

The selection at some of the smaller stores is lacking sometimes. But I usually can get what I want when I’m there.
