Just getting back into bmx and needed a few things to finish getting ready. Number 1 was a helmet and they had an xl helmet. Mark told me about it and showed how to fit it properly.
Tyler in parts was very knowledgeable. It's been 41 years since I rode and I appreciate his walking me through Pete, washers and axle washers. He also selected brake pads.
But the best part of my visit was watching one of the service tech interacting with a group of young men that rode in and listening to their interaction. The tech told them what was happening, why it happens, and what to do next time it occurs then showed them.
The store was in great condition, organized, and bikes and merchandise were well presented. The entire staff was friendly.f
