My wife and I were recently in Dallas for a family event. As cyclists and former Dallas residents, we thought it would be fun to rent bikes and ride around White Rock lake with one of local friends - as we used to do. I contacted Richardson Bike Mart (RBM) at Preston Hollow and reserved the bikes. It was simple and quite reasonable $$. Although we rented to from Preston Hollow, we wanted to pick up the bikes at the White Rock location. They took care of everything! When we got to WR location, the bikes were there and ready to go! They were able to accommodate us with great [new] bikes, and clip pedals and helmets. All we needed to bring was our bike shoes. Everyone at RBM was super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend RBM for any out of town guests looking to rent bikes - and any locals looking for a great bike shop experience. Thanks RBM! We'll be back!

Great service! I took two of my kids bikes in for service and bought a water bottle holder and a couple of bells. The service manager (I'm sorry I forgot his name) installed it all and even got the kids to help him. He's very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
